Dr. Al Abdelnour, DDS, maintains high accreditation and continuing education in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, implant dentistry, periodontal disease, and soft tissue management.
Born and raised in Livonia, he graduated from Stevenson High School in 1987, studied at Wayne State University, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1995.
He worked with the NLA Implant Group for three years, treating full-mouth rehabilitation, implants, crown and bridge, and large cosmetic cases. In 1998 he opened his own practice.
He is a member of the ADA, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Detroit District Dental Society. He was named one of America’s top dentists by the Consumer Council of America in 2010 and has been on HOUR Magazine’s Top Dentist list for 2016–2025.
